Toby Lawton
Throughout Toby’s career he focussed on helping hiring managers build high performing teams within the medical device market on a global level.
Having previously been employed as a commercial director within the digital dentistry field, Toby understands the market well and knows what it takes to succeed for businesses, whether this be a start up looking to establish a sales channel or a robust business looking to build upon an already stable foundation.
Toby has a strong network within the medical device field whether that be for Commercial, Research and Development, supply chain or regulatory appointments and has a deep understanding of organisational structures and effective recruitment strategies.
